NATURE OF DUTIES

DEPUTY WARDEN (ADMIN)

Cheque drawing power with Hostel Supdt.
Checking of Accounts, supervision of overall Hostel administration, all purchases, verification of all bills in Hostel for payment.
Hostel admissions, guiding the Administrative Officer and Hostel Manager for preparation of CA reports, correspondent for the affairs of the Hostel and any other works entrusted by the Principal from time to time according to the necessity.

DEPUTY WARDENS (DISCIPLINARY)

Maintenance of strict discipline in hostel.
Supervision on hostel workers, supervision of mess and students rooms regularly.
They should be in touch with students to solve their problems.
To see that all the hostel students should attend to the institution for class work at right time.
They should put their efforts for the good management of hostel and mess, and they have to attend any other works entrusted by the Principal from time to time according to the necessity.
